Tools that Inform. Insight that Transforms.
A curated, digital collection of mental health resources for practitioners, individuals, and creative builders.
Meaningful Resources for Mindful Living
Our Work Is About Transformation.
Not quick inspiration.
Not surface insight.
Simple, digital products that offer deep growth, for clients and individuals.
Therapy can guide that evolutionary process.
But growth doesn’t have to be limited to scheduled sessions.
The Creative Center exists to extend the work — creating psychologically informed tools that educate, invite reflection, sharpen observation, and move insight into everyday application.
Welcome to the The Creative Center Marketplace

The Creative Center is led by therapists and designers working together to create quality, psychology-informed materials for those outside the therapy office.

Ever feel emotionally out of sync… but can’t quite name why?
Most of us weren’t taught how to understand what we feel — only how to push through it. But emotions aren’t problems to fix. They’re signals asking to be noticed.
Over six weeks, you’ll explore six core emotions — Happy, Fine, Surprise, Angry, Afraid, and Sad — using a gentle, repeatable framework that integrates your Body, Soul, and Spirit. Each emotion is broken down into practical reflection pages and grounding action steps that support awareness, self-regulation, and emotional growth.
What’s Included
A 54-page guided journal (fillable PDF)
Integration pages with practical self-care and reflection prompts
Unique Language Tool for Self-Awareness and Emotional Literacy
By the end of this workbook, you’ll have:
• Greater emotional and whole-self awareness
A clearer ability to name what you’re feeling with more nuance and less confusion.
• Insight into your patterns
A deeper understanding of how your feelings, thoughts, desires, values, and actions connect.
• Language for your inner experience
Words and structure for what once felt unclear, overwhelming, or hard to explain.

From the Minds of Core Matters Counseling and Elle Renee Studio
Hello!
Many of the tools in the Creative Center began simply as ideas, reflections, or conversations shared with our community. Over time, those conversations sparked something more — people kept asking for practical guidance, resources, and next steps.
And we understand why.
Over the years we’ve received hundreds of messages from women (and men!) asking for advice about relationships, healing, grief, abuse, faith, and mental health. Many wanted support but didn’t always have the time, access, or financial ability to pursue therapy in that moment. While we cared deeply about those conversations, it wasn’t always possible to personally respond to everyone.
Often we would point people toward books, articles, or professional resources we trust — but that meant sending them in ten different directions.
The Creative Center was born from a desire to change that.
Here, we turn helpful insights into tangible tools; a place where thoughtful ideas become practical resources.
And it’s not just our work.
The Creative Center is also a marketplace for high-quality content created by other practitioners and professionals who are already equipping people with wisdom, clarity, and support.
Founded by a licensed therapist and a writer-designer (and lifelong self-help enthusiast), the Creative Center exists to make meaningful mental health resources easier to access — whether you’re seeking personal growth, supporting clients, or building tools of your own.
We’re incredibly grateful for this community. If you’d like to learn more about the founders, you can follow along on social media.
